SPONSORS & EXHIBITORS APPLICATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION OF SUPPORT 

  • Upon execution of the agreement, an invoice payable within 30 days. upon receipt will be issued. 
  • All payments are in CAD.
  • By selecting “I Agree”, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions outlined herein. This acknowledgment constitutes your official acceptance and serves as a binding contract between you and the ISME 2026 Conference for participation in the event.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing isme26@mci-agency.com

  • Cancellations received by 5:00 PM EST on April 27, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund, minus a $250 administration fee.

  • Cancellations received after 5:00 PM EST on April 27, 2026, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT 

  • All funds will be designated solely for the ISME 2026 Conference.
  • Invoice payable within 30 days upon receipt.
  • Payment Methods available: Credit Card, Cheque, Wire Transfer.
  • Bank details to be provided.
